Christmas and Round Table brings Santa to the Town!
This annual Christmas event has been around since the mid-nineteen sixties. These days the collection areas have been extended to Hassocks, Hurstpierpoint and Haywards Heath and at weekends it becomes a family event with Tablers families joining in.
The Annual Pensioners Party
Another annual event is the eagerly awaited annual Pensioners party. For just a few hours on a Sunday many of our senior citizens are hosted by Tablers to a few hours of fun and frolics. Greeted with a glass of sherry the guests are then entertained by professional artists, given a light afternoon tea before they invariably join in with the singing before being returned safely to their homes.

Following a plea for help, Round Table pulled out the stops to source and provide an "Internet-Ready" personal Computer system for St Georges Hospice. The computer is primarily for use by patients to send and receive emails, surf the internet and generally keep up with technology.
BBC Children in Need
Originally started by the National Association of Round Tables, participation in this national fund-raising event is no exception to the yearly calendar and we try to play a part in raising much needed funds and making the general pubic aware of needs further afield.
