Welcome to my website December, 2002 update. 

Yes, it does snow in southern New Mexico. Although Las Cruces is located in the southern part of the state, and just across the river from Mexico, it is also situated at high elevation. This snowfall did add to the holiday spirit, but by mid afternoon it was all a memory.

My home is no longer "new", but my love for it has not diminished. And, I am very blessed with friends that gather and warm my walls.
