I met Kim when I was in the sixth grade, she was a short little thing with a mind of her own, and boy was she a hoot. Her sense of humor was dry and as warped as mine, we hit it off right away, and we became very close, it didn't hurt that her dad and my dad were into stock car racing.

When we reached high school we were closer than ever, she spent many a nights at my grandpa's house with me playing acey ducie (a form of backgammon) and talking about the loves of our lives at the time.
