Who We Are
Habitat for Humanity of East Central SD was formed in 1999 to serve Moody and Lake Counties. Our first house was completed in June 2001 in Flandreau, SD. We are currently working on finishing our first house in Lake County.
The Mission of HFHI-ECSD
Habitat for Humanity works in partnership with God and people everywhere, from all walks of life, to develop communities with God's people in need by building and renovating houses so that there are decent houses in decent communities in which people can grow into all that God intended.
GROUNDBREAKING!!!! Thank you to everyone who attended our groundbreaking event. We invite the community to drive by and see how work is coming! The site is located at the corner of SE 3rd street and S. Garfield.
