This is probably one of the most asked questions anyone running a vampire site receives. Some claim that they know how it's done, however, even those who claim such also acknowledge that it's extremely dangerous for both the vampire and the person asking, with some unable to handle it either emotionally or phsically and most would likely refuse to answer such a request as they would not wish to deal with the the repercussions from those who find it's not what they expected after all
Hopefuly having now read So you want to be a vampire you'll have a better idea of what your asking for, what it means. It is also widely believed that such an 'event' only results in a weaker vampire, simply with a blood lust and none of what are considered the perks of being what we are

There are no quick fixes, in the end, it's best to be happy with yourself before you seek to change it by whatever means.
