The first four weeks of pregnancy
- About two hundred survivor sperm from the hundreds of millions that began the race two weeks ago enter the fallopian tube and begin beating against the egg.
- One sperm breaks through the membrane, and the egg hardens preventing entry from any other sperm.
- The egg continues floating down the fallopian tube while cells inside rapidly multiply by twos.
- The egg ball of cells enters the uterus and attatches to the uterine wall, now a week after conception.
- The outer cells of this ball begin to form the placenta, and link baby to you.
- A week from the attatchment of the egg to your uterus, you now miss your next period.
- This month you have noticed you missed your period
- Your breasts are very sore to even touch
- You might be sick to your stomach
- You could tire easily in the day
- Going to the bathrom excessively
- Now is the time to take a pregnancey test.
