When you submit your forms, I will reply with instructions for sending payment. Once your payment is received, your info will be added to this site.
Please understand that updating this site takes time, energy, and a lot of brain power, and motivation is lost when there's no tangible show of appreciation. So those additions are not usually made until I am updating the page due to a new paid listing or donation.
