Outside of star (blue). Use 2 shuttles.

Repeat * to * 5 times. Cut and tie.

Main strip of bookmark (white). Use 2 shuttles.

SR 6 // 6-6-6. Repeat.
SR 6+6 // 6-6. Repeat 13 times.
R 6+(to star point tip)6-6 // 6
R 6+6+6-6.

Outside edge of bookmark strip (blue). One shuttle. Join to junction of two rings below star.
Ch 3-2-2-3+(to picot of strip). Repeat 14 times.
Ch 3-2-2-2-2-3+.
Ch 3-2-2-3+.
Ch 3-2-2-2-2-3+.
Ch 3-2-2-3+. Repeat 14 times. Cut and tie.
