Lockout is over...YAY!!
Mood:  happy
As we all know now, the NHL lockout has ended. It ened while back but i'm late in reporting it here. Everyone is thrilled and excited. The NHL is gonna be better than ever why with the tweaking they've done. The teams are looking great, so many players have been moved around and the strength no longer lyes with only 3 or 4 teams. They all look like contenders now, so the games will be more thrilling and more fast paced. Goodenow has quit as the players association excecutive and ted saskin has been named as the new players association executive. The deal ended with a 39 million salary cap, and apparently some good details for the players. Personally i think they could have achieved this alot sooner if the players had accepted to negotiate with one instead of saying we will never. LOOK YOU DID!!!! But that's in the past now, hockey is back and i am thrilled, i can't wait. October 5th is puck drop and all 30 teams will be in play. Are Leafs woooooooooooooooooow GO LEAFS GO will be playing against the Senators BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO at home for opening day. LET'S ALL CELEBRATE, WE GOT BACK ARE NHL!!!

The Leafs....are they doomed?
Mood:  don't ask
Topic: Maple Leafs
With what's been going down with hockey lately one can only sense that the leafs are in trouble. They have spent a tonne of money and they still have roster spots to fill. How can they get by this if they can't throw loads of cash at players like mogilny and and other high profilers. Well how about stopping to go for a one time shot which hasn't worked for the longest time for them and build a proper team. Yeh they got some high profilers, ok but stop making every player one. Get some more grinders and third liners. How about putting a few more rookies out there for the future maple leafs. I belive the leafs will be around for a long time and that means u need a proper team. So start structuring a proper team and let it grow and become a true cup contender.

The NHL lockout
Mood:  don't ask
Topic: Lockout
This has gone far enough. Bettmen and Goodenow are garbage SOB's who don't know shit. They need to get back to talking even if ur as far apart as ever. Keep talking and keep meeting to work this all out. Sitting back waiting for the other side to make the move will never work if each side is waiter for the other to make the first move. Don't be stupid and lead to replacement players becuase there are 2 scenarios that could play out. First the fans could care less becuase instead of NHL calibre players they are getting local players. Why would fans pay too watch local players when they can watch local players and their childrens games or friends games for free or a much smaller fee. The other scenario is that the NHL has become slower and unamusing to alot of people lately. So using locals who play a fast pace exiting game would intrest alot of fans and help them forget about the sundin's and naslunds of the dead NHL. There is no need to please those few star/sniper/all out players. There there for a quick razal dazal. The guys who get the job dun are those grinders, hitters, the ones who give 120% every night and get there hands dirty. SO I URGE U DUMBASS, GREEDY, SOB'S TO GET TOGETHER AND CRACK A DEAL NOW!!!! BECUASE IF U DON'T THINGS CAN GET REALLY UGLY, U AINT SEEN NOTHING YET!!
