As the camera walks across the bridge, it notices a figure in the distance walking towards one of the many basketball courts. It is Kidd. He is wearing a light blue South Pole shirt, a light black jacket, and camouflage jeans with black Timberlands. He has on a camouflage du-rag on with his dreadlocks poking out of the bottom. He’s holding an umbrella in his left hand and seems to walk around with no purpose. He taking slow steps with his head down, thinking about something. Sensing the camera around him, he starts to talk. Kidd: Harlem. . .Manhattan. . .Times Square. . .New York. . . Home. Right here is my true home. I mean, yeah I know I have the mansion and the outfits and the cars and all but nothing beat being where it all began. As Kidd is walking down the sidewalks next to the basketball court he takes a look at the courts. There are ten people playing a 5 on 5 game. On a fastbreak, this one individual runs bouncing the basketball then jumps and does a 180 degree windmill dunk. Everyone around the courts ‘Ooh’s” and “Ahh’s” but Kidd just continues to walks. He goes down a flight of stairs and head to the track/football field. Kidd: And to picture I left all of this behind. A life that I loved, one that made me who I am today, the dream that I had planned from long ago, the future that could’ve been here for me. All of that I left behind. And you want to know why? Kidd sits down on one of the benches facing the field. A couple of people are walking around the track but not as many as those who were at the basketball courts. Kidd stares into the field in a daze of some sort. His face is one of seriousness, unlike his usual cocky smirk that he usual has. Kidd: I left all this behind because of the love of this sport. Every since I was young. Every since I saw the infamous Hogan vs Slaughter match in the early 90's . Every since I had the chance to be trained buy the best wrestler in the business, I knew all of this would have to be the sacrifice that I had to make. I knew every since I step into a ghetto ring that these kids made for their own little backyard federation when I was just 15, that I wanted to become not only a wrestler. But the best. The best the game has every seen. I wanted to become a legend. If not a living legend. So I went all around America and even Mexico at 18 years old and spent 3 years of my life knowing what I need to know to become the best. And you know what. . . Kidd looks at the camera for the first time. Kidd: I’ve done a damn good job. I have seeing the opportunity and I know for a fact that I am destine for greatness. To become one of the best . . .ever. Or die trying. Kidd looks back to the field. Kidd: Deep in my heart I know that I have made some people believers. I know that I have put fear in the hearts of some of these wrestlers. You know why? Cause they see it too. They see a phenomenon. A wrestler that is ready to change the game as we know it. A guy that is going to take the McW by storm. They see that I am for real. Kidd looks back into the camera and gives a quick laugh then looks back onto the field. Kidd: Then you have some that fail to realize the fact. That don’t understand that I am what I say I am. . . A SHOWSTOPPA! Eddie. You refuse to face fact. Or maybe that you too stubborn to believe that I am what I say I am. Maybe you think that you actually stand a chance against me at Betrayal. Hell, you might just pull it off. You might. He stops in the middle of his talk and just looks at his surrounding. Kidd: You might . . . but you won’t. See it’s not gonna happen. Shit. I won’t let it happen. Whether it is a normal match or a submission match, it doesn’t matter. The only thing that really matter is that you show up bringing all the tricks that you and Styles can cough up. Bring all that AND MORE!! Because at Betrayal. . . all stops are gonna be pulled. You better believe I’m going to put my mind, my soul, damn it you know I’m going to put my body into it to make sure that I will walk out victorious. Just know Eddy, that for all the trick that you plan to pull, there are gonna be a dozen more that I have up my sleeve. You better know that I’m going to go back into Las Vegas with the mind set on the match like it’s the main event. No mercy, no forgiveness, and know Eddy and Guy Smiley there will be no handshake. From when I’m stepping through the smoke till when I’m standing over you bruised caucus, The Show will be in his gametime . . .no wait. . .Showtime mode and all I see *snickers* is a victim. A victim that will only be the recipient of an ass kicking from the opening credits till when I . . . yes I say THAT’S A WRAP!! In 5 DAYS, all the smiles on my face will be gone and my game will step up ten folds . . . Kidd looks into camera with a smile on his face. Kidd: The only real question that I have to ask is. Eddie, what are you gonna do when my game steps up? What are you gonna do when 5 days are up and you step in the ring with a dedicated Showstopper? What are you gonna do, Sir Edward Xaviar, . . . Kidd steps up from his seat. When it’s SHOWTIME!! Kidd starts to walk towards the exit of the park. He stops and turns his head around. Kidd: You better find some shelter. It's about to rain. Kidd opens his umbrella and put it above his head. As soon as that happens, a steady pour of rain falls from the sky. Kidd walks out the park as the camera fades to black. |
