Lyrikalz of Prime – The Next Album

Hello ya’ll! This is LOP! Well I just wanted to talk about this upcoming album.  Not much of a concept behind this album really, just whatever I was feeling at the time you know? Well this album contains 20 tracks including two skits. Not really done by me but I found them online and I thought it would work well with the flow of the album.

Well now to the tracks.  Starts off with “Full Effect (Intro)”…just a normal intro and what not.  Beat provided by DJ Unoffishall.  A deep track that I felt I wanted to write to was “Mic Like a Memory”.  A dope track done by Cunninlynguists and I wanted to another version.  It came out pretty dope to tell you the truth.  Beat by DJ Kno of Cunninlynguists.  Then I teamed up for a collab with this dude I met over the net, Agent Spits, and I wrote to one of his tracks and recorded it.  Did two collabs, “Until the End of Time” and “Worth it to Me”. Big ups!  On “Typical Nights” is a typical night for me.  Well not technically but most of it is true.  The basic concept of that track is the typical night…probably not the side parts in the song if you know what I mean.  I did this beat to Eminem’s “I’m Back”.  One of the deepest tracks I ever wrote you can find on “The Letter on Valentines Day”. A story type song, fictional as it is, but I put a lot of emotion into it with my past shit that I went through.

“And when, we made love it wasn’t for the sex, it was real

Cause we had that special bond of love, to express how we feel

It wasn’t for the talk around the hood sayin tappin that shit was good

It was love and it was something we both understood ohh!”

Its an easy story type song…just follow along and you can catch it man!  I don’t know what I was thinking about when I was writing this.  I was just in a zone you know! To just keep going with this and here it is.  Got some good feedback on this song by some people over the net.  This beat was provided by Self Made Productions.  On another track, I hook up with Michele Muchler, a singer I found over the net.  I added my verses to the track she pre-recorded and BAM, “Gonna Be Alright” came out.  A song dealing with a relationship with many questions if both should stay or if their better off without each other.  This song came out quality wise good with a good singer in Michele!  “Apologize” is a track where I get all off my chest and say what I’ve been thinking.  Basically, I apologize for what I’ve been saying in a lot of my tracks but its time to move on.

I apologize…for not being there for you

But who apologize…for not being there for me.”

Beat provided by Unstoppable Beats.  And so as you stumble upon the end of the album, you hit my “Prayer II”. A little interlude of me praying like any normal night! Just thanking the Lord for everything.  Background beat provided by Sindustry Productions.  Then the last track called “After The Song” was a beat made by once again Sindustry.  But this track didn’t really contain a hook.  So I took matter into my own hands and sampled in a verse using a Jay-Z, Nas, Common, and Sadat-X sample.  The hooks were all done by me and I feel real good because that was my first time sampling in vocals for a song and it came out dope.  I had to edit the tempos of the sample to fit the beat.  It took awhile but I found it and added in some DJ scratches…which I scratched too.  A good outro to TNA.  I put a lot of effort into this track so I hope you feel it as well as the album too!!!! So that’s it guys, There’s more tracks on this album, I just didn’t want to talk about each track.  Support it ya’ll…Hit me up at this email for more info: dude_records@yahoo.com Thanks! Much Love!
