Welcome
to the Ahmmi Harkness Website!! I would first like to give thanks
and praises to The Most High for keeping me healthy and focused in this new
year! Secondly, thanks to all of my friends, family and fan for supporting me
throughout the development of my new album!
Where should I begin, so much has happened! Well, I'm living bac in Cincinnati and working on my music from here. This year has helped me to grow in so many different ways some good and some bad. I've learned to trust myself this year, I've learned that my connection to God is always there and always working on my behalf. I've lost alot of things in my life, but it's totally different when you JUST LET GO! And that's exactly what I have done. I was surprised when alot of people turned their backs on me this past year, I was really surprised when God brought alot of unexpected people into my life that ended up being for my good. When my new album drops alot of people will be surprised, alot of people that have praying for me to fail and have been cursing me to fall, will be wiping tears from their eyes when I walk upon that stage and accept that Grammy award. My life has and is hard, but you know what, I wouldn't have had it go any other way. And for those of you who don't contact me and just continue to update yourself on my life by coming to this site, what I have to say to you is PICTURE ME ROLLIN'. Because more than likely you walked away from me at some point in my life and now probably have some regrets and just need some reassurance that I'm okay, I am fine. Don't worry about me, I am in the hands of God. Until next month I'll holla!READ MY BLOG!

Verbs of Tha' Month
There lived a girl named Righteousness, who struggled along her path.
And every step she took along Envy, and Jealousy would laugh.
The girls that hated her inner glow would taunt and judge her strength.
But Righteousness continued to walk, and kept it all within.
Her mother Grace, would wipe the tears on her face, and tell her she was blessed.
And all of the struggles that she encountered, where really just a test.
Grace spoke of her greatness and inner light that blinded wicked soldiers.
Saying “Righteousness one day you’ll understand maybe when you get older.”
So Righteousness continued to grow and watched as people glared.
Knowing that all of the things she learned in life would help her to prepare.
They slandered her name, even when she did right they made it seem so wrong.
It was Envy and Jealousy there all along, hoping she could not be strong.
One day while walking down her withered street, she came upon a man.
Hungry and filthy while on the ground, he reached to her his hand.
He said, “I see your light, and if I might just touch you I will change.”
Righteousness hesitated, because something just seemed strange.
She had never met person that wanted what she had.
For all along what she held inside she learned to be bad.
Her walk was long and lonesome, her only friend was Grace.
She contemplated her mother’s words, as she stared the man in his face.
Now she was grown, her courage tall she had made it to her peak.
And now was greeted by Revelation, who met her on the streets.
She reached her hand out to the man, who seemed to be so lost.
When really he was a reflection of how she paid the cost.
The test, the trails the struggles she learned through all the heartache and tears.
Was manifesting the anointed glory, Grace told her about for years.
Instantly, he transformed into and Angel of Light.
And kissed the face of Righteousness who now was filled with might.
She smiled and gleamed as he told her she was and Angel such as he.
And everything she ever wanted was now her destiny.
“God planned it all” he said to her while stroking her lovely locks.
“And every day from this moment forth the hurt and pain will stop.”
He disappeared into the clouds as Righteousness observed.
And never thought her life would be changed by a man on the curb.
She grew to teach and love the world that used to hate her name.
And now she walks and in strength and truth freeing those in pain.
