Free Healthcare
It is a shame that you could possibly die waiting in an emergency room if it is found that you don't have insurance. Even if you are seen and allowed to pay later you could easily die in debt trying to pay your hospital bills. Why is healthcare so expensive? Better yet, why is healthcare not free? It is cruel to have the cure to any illness or ailment and not give it freely. One might argue that doctors and nurses have to be paid. That is understandable. But with hundreds of billions of dollars being invested foolishly in wars and other unnecessary military bases abroad, it is no wonder why we don't have the money for such a system. We could save much money in foreign medical aid if our government wasn't so greedy in its quest for global domination. We would save so much money that is spent on wars and propaganda, and other nations may be a little more generous with their oil(if we didn't save so much money we could develop technology that would decrease our dependence). Others may argue that if we had free healthcare that would hinder progress in the medical field. That's absurd! If we need competition in order to advance our capabilities in the medical field, it becomes obvious that the reasons for advancement is not to become better equipped to handle medical crises, but rather to make more money, which is ridiculous!
