1.Put your left leg about 9 inches behind your right not lined up now if you got momentom hurry and put your left hand down close to where u have your left leg.

2.Now swing your left leg as hard as you can while doing a jump in order for your left leg to go through (you will need to try and kick your face with your right leg it wont really kick your face just close.

3.Now your gettin ready to put your right hand down when you do make sure all your wieght shifts to your right arm and kick your left leg up as high as possible.

4.Now drive your right leg under your left

5.Now put your left hand down in front of you. Both hands should be in front and now arch your back and without your legs touching the ground kick the right one up again tryin to hit your face and swing left low.

Just keep repeating this and thats the easiest way to bust a flare.
