          Take this time of self- care and kindness to reflect and meditate, for healing words and Connection to uplift and refresh your entire being. 

     We welcome those of all ages, backgrounds, beliefs and cultures who seek a greater sense of balance in their lives. This environment nurtures a sense of wellbeing that helps in dealing with the stresses and pressures of modern life. 

        This is a time of rest and opening for heart, mind and spirit, and for sharing gems of your journey, if you wish. Our guidelines help keep us safe, respectful, open-hearted and focused, We don't seek agreement as much as thoughtful insight and personal awareness. We honor our awakening consciousness and inner exploration. Sweet communion, healing words, and community bring us deeper into the power, possibility, and mysteries of wholeness and Spirit... 

            Most gatherings last about an hour, but may include additional social time such as potlucks,etc. Everyone has their own perspective and we invite those who wish to share something from their own reverence, authenticity and life experience.* Our interchanges can be thought- provoking, lively, soothing and nourishing as well as fun, fascinating, and touching. and open us to a greater sense of the Divine, Creative Life Force.


           Tranquillity Zones are free and open to all seekers of the heart from any or no religious background and culture.

Some Helpful Guidelines for  listening and sharing:


We are here for the healing of ourselves and our world, not to lecture, give advice, or change anyone else.

We share from our own experience, finding common ground that allows for joining.

Love is listening, and we do so non- judgementally, with an open heart.

We respect ourselves and each other as unique, and as being right where we need to be at this moment.

 Tranquillity Zone Suggested Format

Before beginning, Prepare your Area-- this includes gatherings by  phone, to create an atmoshere of peace...
 
Opening 
Music & a few brief readings or prayers 
Moment of Silence   Serenity Prayer 


Host shares with participants the planned format for this meeting; Protocol, info; Q & A for newcomers  

Warm Up Relaxation exercise (1-2 min) 
Brief Introductions -- " 1 minute "hellos" & Why we are here 3--4 min 

Bonding--Silent moment/// Read Principles & Guidelines  
Prayer. music...  
Stories of our "journey of the day" ( or week) "heart= thoughts or feeling sharing -- for those who wish;  &/or 
Prayer requests--10 min ++

Music & Reading or Meditation- 3 

* Host may introduce a Virtue/short Introspection or writing or meditation/ Mantra topic (3-4) &/or
* Quiet Reverence & Emptying. Mantra / Breathing 2-5/ quiet music during which participants who wish to may offer brief shares from the heart in the spirit of reverence 

* Music, Readings. Meditation/ 46
Yoga breathing. Mantra or meditation,  (suggested thought or guided) 
 (if there is time & desire we will have a 2nd sharing go round == or stay after... there is no time limit) 

* Brief shares to close, and intentions or needs for the following week. _________________________________________

          Within this budding community we explore how we can understand and live our lives more deeply grounded in personal investigation, independent thought, and the growing consciousness of "what matters". 

   It's fun, participatory, fascinating, and touching. We have lively conversation, creative community, and share our wisdom and stories. We are comfortable in coming to questions that touch our hearts and our daily lives, and bring us home to the possibilities and mysteries of Something Greater at work....
