Personal issues, family of origin, grief, addiction & motivation; spiritual awakening, self- discovery, life balance, health, success and self nurturance are familiar themes for growth.
Lucky works with Successful Self- Development, 12 step and self- help work, along with communication and motivational tools & skills, and has been “in the trenches" in doing this work for herself, often sharing her own experience as powerful peer support in genuine "heart" as well as "head" knowledge.
Lucky’s deep spirituality embraces a love for many ways and a joy in helping others find peace with Spirit.

Experience:
Lucky has worked for thirty years with addictions, food addicts, mental health and adult children of dysfunctional homes as personal consultant, peer specialist, sponsor, mentor and coach. Work with the the Truthful Heart method has been ongoing since 1980.
Her education and work with natural health began in 1994; Certifications and specialized training in coaching and Successful Self- Development has been ongoing from 2002 to the present.

" True self cries out for expression and reunion with all its aspects: breaking with our truth in any area results in psychic pain and dis-ease. The true and lasting healing connects us with our innermost needs, desires and dreams, and is the key that unlocks the treasure of who we really are...

To "keep coming back" to the truth, seeing the gift in "success" as well as in the "detours", and going to the next level is powerful in the healing process.
