Description of Duties:
In
addition to my duties as Deputy Manager, my duties now include:
· Identify Business Opportunities through various sources for International Projects, explore new business opportunities and markets around the globe with emphasis on Africa and South East Asia and identify & prioritize target countries in East Africa.

Promote project marketing services to other
international consulting firms and institutions; maintain close relationship with
local consulting firms for mutual cooperation relating to business development

Assist in formulating marketing policies and

Deputy Manager, Business
Development and Marketing January

Description of Duties:
In
addition to my duties as the Assistant Manager, my responsibilities in the
position of a Deputy Manager included:

Prepare
Expression of Interests (EOI), Pre-qualification documents and proposals for
prospective projects for
both domestic and overseas projects.
·
Upon
Shortlisting of the firm on the basis of the EOI prepared for a project, assist
the division in the preparation of Detailed Technical and Financial Proposals
for the same.
·
Maintain
and Update the database of both domestic and International consultants and
establish contact with them for prospective opportunities to work for the firm
on domestic as well as international assignments.
·
Establish
and maintain contacts with several publishing agencies and funding institutions
with regard to marketing the services of the company and updating the company
profile in the records of such organizations, such as the World Bank, the Asian
Development Bank etc.
·
Assist the
senior management of the company in the review and analysis of progress reports
prepared by the Site Personnel on projects for submission to the Client.

Preparation
and improvement of the Project Data Sheets of the firm, highlighting the
