Get Fit Yoga was established in February 2005 by Mariel Paras Cairns, a certified hatha yoga instructor, registered with Yoga Alliance.
Our mission is to provide everyone an opportunity to experience inner peace, for a moment or a lifetime, through the practice of hatha yoga.
Yoga Tradition
Get Fit Yoga focuses on the physical practice of asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing) based on traditional hatha yoga. Group classes are taught in a nurturing, non-competitive setting, to all levels with asanas modified to fit individual needs. Students ready for more of a challenge are encouraged to participate in a "hatha power" class.
