5k Race
Mood:  lazy
Saturday March 12th
- Went on a 3.25 mile run around 11 PM after a XC poker game. The Run included strides and alittle bit of barefoot running in the street in sico's neiborhood (6:10-6:20 pace)

Sundays March 13th (PAT MED 5K)
- Warm up and the ran 5k race in which i placed 3rd with a time of 17:35 (5:39 pace) which wasnt all that bad concidering i've only been traning for about 9 days . .
- After race alex and I ran at the Pines with a kid from the race which added up to 5.25 miles + 4.50 from the race . . .

Total Weekend Milage: About 13 miles
