About Me:

My name is Ryan. I was born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. I grew up in Aiea playing baseball and soccer, among other sports. I made the Aiea Allstar team and got to campaign across the nation for the title. We made it to the Championship game in the Little League World Series, but sadly we lost to Texas. Through baseball I got accepted to Mid Pac. I played for a couple of years, but I ended up quiting for reasons I shall not mention (There's a very cool story behind this). I then played soccer through the rest of my High School career. After graduating highschool I went straight into the Architectural Doctorate program at UH. I did that for 3 years and finally decided that it wasn't meant to be. Now I am in the great state of California pursuing art/graphic design.

I have been doing art for as long as I can remember. As a child I used to constantly draw, even in class. I guess it was a expressive release for an imaginative mind. In high school, I was fortunate enough to attend the Mid Pacific School of the Arts. Although, I was very unmotivated at the time, I gained a wealth of knowlege and skills. Surprisingly I was in a couple of shows throughout h/s and even got one of my paintings published by the school for their Christmas postcard (I still haven't gotten the original back). Right now I am doing a lot of painting (mostly oils), photography, and some graphic art/illustrations. I'm into all types and forms of art and am always looking for different ways to express myself.

In my free time I like to surf, skate, snowboard, bmx, mx, ride/race motorcycles (on track), fish, etc. etc. I seriously have too many hobbies and too little time and money.

This is just a brief history of my life. There are countless more experiences that probably better define who I am. But, that would just take up too much space. You can find more info on me on myspace in my blogs or aim me @ chuns4life.

P.S. More to come...When I have time....
