Gruff wanders the mountains near the Playground and likes to pop in for a good time every now and then. He, and his pack of goats (and one dragon) are in charge of keeping this place safe for all those who come here. He's very stern with those who break the rules, but very fun for those who are willing to help keep the Playground a Safe Place.
