Hypnosis is a natural method of lulling the conscious mind in order to reach the subconscious.
When the subconscious is spoken to directly, old patterns and conditioning can be reprogrammed and new ideas and positive suggestions can be introduced.
These positive suggestions can then be used to help make the changes you desire.
The American Medical Association (AMA) approved the use of hypnosis as a medical modality in 1958.
