The ALSA chose me to throw the 1st pitch.
The couple that had the contraption for me to pitch didn't get there, the wife has ALS & had to go to the ER. So instead my 4 year old nephew done it for me, I was on the field with him. He was so serious & I mean he threw that ball like a pro! He got to keep the ball & got it signed. He wasn't shy one bit, I told him I was proud of him, he said "I'm proud of you too" He made my day!
