10 ways to boost your metabolism!!

1    Get adequate slumber. Sleepless nights can make you gain weight!

2    Do not take caffeine- sodas, teas and coffee- without food.

3    Eat a bit of starch (wheat, bread, pasta, corn, rice, crackers, muffins, cookies and pastries) with every meal.

4    Think thin! Send positive messages to your brain about your body shape.

5    Do not rush around continuously or let your adrenaline run high at all high times; take time out to relax daily.
