Saturday:  9:30 am - Ongoing registration
                    10:00 am - Assembly at Flagpole - Raising of Flags - Scouts Own  - Fish Pond & Scavenger Hunt (on-going through  afternoon)  
                    10:30 am - Leaders Information Session (Group Leaders and Staff)
                    11:45 am - 1:00 pm - Lunch
                    1:30 pm - 2:30 pm - Individual Camp Activity  (Ready for Campfire - songs - skits - yells)  (Staff prepare stations)
                    3:30 pm - Sixers meeting at HQ
                    4:00 pm - 5:00 pm - Supper - Staff to stations
                    5:00 pm - Camp Opening - O Canada - Cub Promise - House rules - Distribution of Station Schedules - Lowering of Flags
                    9:00 pm - Groups return to camp - prepare for campfire - campfire blankets - songs - skits - yells and hot chocolate mugs
                                      Region to supply hot chocolate.
                    9:15 pm - Parade of Lights to Campfire
                    9:30 pm - Campfire

Camp Etiquette...

Ask permission to enter and leave all Campsites.
DO NOT walk through other peoples campsites.
Move quietly through and areas of the Camp where people may be trying to sleep.
Keep your site clean at all times and take precautions against any animals seeking food.
Treat the bathrooms, cabins and other buildings as you would expect your own home to be treated or you will be asked to leave.




Night Owl Etiquette...

Ask permission to enter or leave all sites on the Night Owl Trail.  The Sixers will Salute and the Patrol will stand to his left hand side at the alert when entering or leaving a site.  Remember to thank the staff at the site for their hospitality before asking permission to leave.


Judging the Night Owl Etiquette...

1 - Enterance to the site ( 1 - 3 points )
2 - Performance of the Challenge ( 1 - 3 points )
3 - Teamwork ( 1 - 3 points )
4 - Enthusiasm ( 1 - 3 points )
5 - Exiting the site ( 1 - 3 points )

To a maximum of 15 points


Scavenger Hunt...

Towards overall points - Maximum points for scavenger hunt - 10 points


Campfire Etiquette...

1.  NO FLASHLIGHTS - Leave staffs and walking sticks at your campsite
2.  Enter the Campfire circle in silence
3.  Form the campfire circle in a quiet, orderly fashion
4.  No talking allowed.  Only the campfire chief or performers should talk.
5.  No clapping.  You will be led in cheers to show appreciation
6.  As you leave the Campfire, leave silently by different paths.  Do not look back at the campfire.


Leaders attending Camp Night Owl will be asked to perform an offer of service at a site during Camp Night Owl or will be required to join with other Scouters to form Sixes to compete in a Leaders Challange within the event.


Pack it in - Pack it out!  Leave the Campsite and trails cleaner than you found them.  All campsite garbage will be removed by the group occupying the campsite.

ALL CUBS AND LEADERS MUST TRAVEL TO AND FROM THE CAMP IN UNIFORM.  UNIFORM WILL BE WORN TO ALL CEREMONIES.  PROPER RESPECT FOR THE UNIFORM WILL BE SHOWN AT ALL TIMES.
