This idea
behind this website is to you in making a qualified decision on whether you
should invest time and effort to create a web site. I try to give both sides of
the argument in an impartial manner.
You can evaluate these arguments and then come to a rational decision. As far as possible, the sole intention of this site is to prevent you investing time, effort and money in a futile and unproductive situation. If, however, after evaluating said arguments, you decide to create a web site, then the Links section will provide some links to other sites that can be useful to you, the budding webmaster.
