I like the consistency of the page.  I wish I had more to say about this article, but you have included graphics not to mention a well laid out text.  The html code looks perfect.  I like the unordered list summarizing the main points in the article giving a description of all programs discussed in the article. 

The usability of your article has a great feel and uses the points made in previous assignments.  I had to really just find things that can be changed.  I suggest not changing the article.  If you have to at least change something, then it would be the underline text that is not a hyperlink.  Perhaps just keep it italicized, but remove the underline e.g “Joint Cargo Aircraft Support”.

The page again looks wonderful.  This is really the only change I could really see that could be confusing to a reader.  I like the title color.  If you wanted to you could make the font larger for just the title.  The text looks great and I am glad you stayed with a white background.  I am sorry there is not much more to give you.
