The Depth section investigates research on teams and student

choice and interests as functions of living systems that allow growth

and feedback. Open systems that grow and change with this feedback

address this need for a new perspective in socio-cultural development

and educational excellence. Incorporating technology, constructivism,

and teamwork into new curricula and new ways of assessment

illustrate how the use of metaphors, anagrams, constructivism or

hands-on learning may be the answer to increasing student success in

science and mathematics.
