Greetings and welcome to the Delgado Information Network. Thanks for taking the time to stop on by to learn about the Delgado Information Network, conservative ideology, for news and commentary, and of course myself.
This website is first and foremost a Conservative website that looks at current issues from a Conservative point of view. I feel in this climate of "Political Correctness" and Liberal mentality that seems to have infected this great land, that I let you know right off. Some people may think that I am being to hard line about that but again these will be my views and I will back them up and welcome you to challenge them.

I Am An American
According to the 2000 Census there was a sharp raise in the number of people who have maked themselves down as Americans. 58% raise in fact. Not Italian-Americans, Irish-Americans, or anything else like that. It should also be noted that the majority of people who did this were of European decent. Many minorities are still in the hypenated stage of identity. The whole African-American, Latino-American, and other bits like that.
Now I think a lot of people still do identify with their heritage. No matter what it is people still do things that are customary from their ancestorial place of origin. But more and more these days. (a sizeable minority of people), I think many people are identifing themselves as Americans. This past 2000 Census shows that.
I think that there are a number of people who get the words "nationality" and "ethnicity". Take a look at the two words:

Well on the home front all is going well. My wife is not entering her 16 week of pregnancy. I have to tell you that is wild. Got to see yet another ultra sound. Kid is in there swinging around looking like he is training for a bout of "Fetal Fight Club". Sweet!
Some people are wondering if I want to have a boy or a girl. If I could choose I would want to boy first then a girl. But I have to tell you either way I just want my baby to be born health, strong, and whole.
