Biography

Anna Mary Carignan, 81, formerly of 830 South Sparkman Ave., Orange City, Florida died on Monday, October 28, 2002 at Mariner Health Care of Orange City. She was born in Queens, New York and moved to Orange City in 1973 from Holbrook, New York where she had been a lathe operator for Viewlex. She attended First Assembly of God , Deland. Mrs. Carignan was an avid walker at Earl Brown Park, Deland and swam often a with a group of ladies at Blue Springs State Park, Orange City. Mrs. Carignan is survived by 1 son- Joseph Carignan, Ronkonkoma, Long Island, New York; 2 Daughters- Florence Kimsey, Lake Helen, Florida and Irene Carignan, Orange City; 9 Grandchildren and 13 Great-grandchildren. Funeral Services and Burial will be 11 A.M. Wednesday at Deltona Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Pastor Michael Carroll officiating. The family prefers memorial donations to the American Diabetes Association, 1101 North Lake Destiny Rd. Suite 415, Maitland, Fl 32751.
