Anna: Pets, where we discuss different animals we like and dislike and why
Anna: Okay, since Ruth won't write anything here first....*grin*.....I guess I'll have to. *smile* Just be forewarned though I'm not really into animals just ducks ***BIG GRIN***
Ducks are my favorite animals because they're so cute. As ducklings and when their grown I think their easier to care for. You see I don't have a great record with caring for animals but ducks I can do. Oh, and of course you can also use the duck food (feed) to attract and watch birds. And also they eat bugs, that's the best part. I'm so not into insects, like roaches, lizards, worms, ants, spiders, etc. I mean now that we don't have ducks, I'm seeing more centipedes and insects that I think Duck E. Wucky would love to eat. But he's not here now and its sad. I wish he were though because I have centipedes in my room *yuck* *scream* *shiver* yup I wish he were here. Well, that's kinda my thing on ducks and hey if you want an animal Ducks are the greatest. (I'll write this better later sorry) *grin*
To tell you the truth, I'm not into insects, either *shrugs* Maybe it's a genetic thing. (hehe) I have three kittens and a dog. The three kittens are: (o-y) Magnus (m), Cordelia (f), and Bean (m). Their sister, Sadie, was given away and is enjoying a luxurious home all to herself ;).
My dog is Bear. She is one of the weirdest dogs I know of... and the -best- dog in my life. When Bear was born (October 2nd of '99, I think), it was a surprise to everyone. No one thought her mother was pregnant, and when she gave birth, almost all her babies died within three days. Three puppies survived.
We took Bear as a 'Mission of Mercy' (as my family loves to call it) and my best friend took the other two. Unfortunately, those two were too weak and died about a week later. Bear, however, after many nights of wakeless comforting and warmth, survived. Now she is a healthy dog who loves to bark, dig, and run.
