Ruth: Books, where we discuss our fav literature,

    BOOKS
  1. Faith Encounter by Bill Myers and Michael Ross - Ahh, this book. I loved this devotional. I was stuck on it right after I began. Who wouldn't be? It examines your life, and challenges you to keep in step with God through faith and His promises. I recommend this book to every new (and old!) Christian I meet. Keep the faith!

  2. In His Steps and What Would Jesus Do? By Charles M. Sheldon and Garrett W. Sheldon - Great fictional books that tell what could happen if people asked themselves "What Would Jesus Do?." "In His Steps" is an old book that Charles M. Sheldon wrote long ago, and "What Would Jesus Do?" is an update of that book, bringing it into our time, written by Charles M. Sheldon's great-grandson Garrett W. Sheldon. We hope this book will make you think and inspire you to do what Jesus would do. Its kinda long but well worth it. :) ENJOY!

  3. It's Time To Be Bold by Michel W. Smith - I got this book as a gift; at first, I hesitated in reading it because I'm a little wary of biographies. When I opened the book, however, it sucked me in! I got squished between the pages, and I soaked up everything (after checking it with the Bible, mind you)! This is a great TESTIMONY book written by Michael W. Smith. After I read it, I had to share it, so I took it to my mom, who agreed that it was an awesome book! Go out and borrow this book from one of your bookworm-y friends!

  4. Forbidden Doors Series by Bill Myers - I was impressed by the magnitude of this series! Although it looks questionable, I would highly recommend it! The appearance of the book is to draw in all sorts of readers. It focuses on spiritual warfare and knowing God's Word. Bill Myers has written other great Christian books such as McGee and Me! And the Incredible World of Wally McDoogle (two of which I personally recommend!) Enjoy all the books in the Forbidden Doors Series!

  5. Susanna Wesley by Sandy Dengler - A great bibliography of the mother of Samuel Wesley, Charles Wesley, and 17 other children! Wow! :) She inspired me and its just a great testimonial of her life through the good times and bad. I know you think that bibliographies are boring but this book just makes you go WOW! and ... well for me I just wanted to know what happened to her next. I used this book in an English assignment that I had to do maybe you can too. It's another great way of witnessing. :)
