1) No Swearing
2) No Porn
3)must have either my coola banner or one of the buttons

8)must have at least one person there a week
if all of these happen then you are allowed to lnik to me and i will link to you and make you a banner and button you may denigh the banner but if you do send me the pic's you want on it it will they will not be animated because i dont know how to do that yet.
