The Little Unknown Things
The blue, black flame flares
As the red cascade eyes glare
The boy stands in awe
As he sees the yellow hole
He steps closer and is stuned,
To watch the white glistning
Hands reach out, from desolate
And yet untouched world of despair
And Joy.
He stands motionless
As he hears the cries of the willows
Of a great transcending decent
His jaw drops as he hears and tastes
The moans of the unseen wolf.
Now he falls on his knees,
And begins to weep
As he notices that this is
All from his own angry heart
He begins to transform
His hands turn tan
The moans stop
The trees grow lush and green
The wolf appears out from the shadows
The moon shines bright,
The stars shed light,
The children play songs of a happy tune,
The whistler plays his flute,
And his maiden comes close.
With a kiss of love
Their eyes light up as
A magenta sunset pops up and
Clouds appear,
They dance in sun and moon beams,
Of only one knows,
A great sight to bewilder eyes,
That knows not of such beauty,
And innocent of the love of two.
They now sing and hum one song.
The moon comes again,
As the wolf sits on a cold rock,
And whines, and wails.
The two fair, lay by a fire.
The red, blue, purple, and orange
Flames flicker through the room,
As all is joyful yet quiet
Although the wolf awaits.
