THE FIRE SPREADS

Originally born as David Hobday, in Harlem, New York, this friend and servant of God is burning for Christ.  He first gave his life to Christ in 1979.  He is a faithful student of the word of God and worships at his local assembly; Christ Community Church of Newark, New Jersey.

THE FIRE CONSUMES

Between the years of 1987 to 1999, David rhymed under the moniker known as Jacdynamite. Jacdynamite was saved; but he was performing in a secular rap group.  During this time, he had to confront the fire of the Lord.  He did not want to surrender his music unto the Lord.  In a dream the Lord clearly revealed unto him that he had to be separated from the secular rap group.  Immediately he made a decision to stop rhyming altogether, and wait on the Lord.  David sought the Lord, during the time he gave up rhyming. 

A year later, God came to David and said he could rhyme again.  Before David committed, he prayed to the Lord that he would only speak God’s word and the quality of music would be unique and perfect.  David offered unto to the Lord three new songs and in return the Lord gave him a new name.  

 THE FIRE SPREADS

Firejaws is commissioned to minister to the church and preach the gospel of Jesus Christ to the lost through hip-hop music.  His prayer is that the Lord will ignite the hearts of all the people that hear His message.  The victory is to see, unity and revival in the Body of Christ.
