Jezebel is James's fiancée since he was a boy. She only has one Pokemon, an Oddish that evolved into a Vileplume. Jezebel has a southern accent and so does her Vileplume (how weird). She has her mind set on getting James to stay with her. Jezebel also happens to like whipping people...and she has a torture chamber. How nice...
Jezebel was supposed to turn James into a 'perfect gentleman' when they were little and is still trying to do that now. Proof in 'Holy Matrimony'.
Not a lot is known about her...probably because she's only appeared in one episode. But, it's rumored that she appears in a couple more episodes.
