Just so you know, Masters from the show can be taken as playable characters; they can be paid to teach the attacks they know. Masters we make up can NOT be taken as playable characters. Once a Master has been taken, he will NOT be chosen in the random-Master version of a knowledge quest, and is not bound to teach you anything unless he wants the money/items. However, if a particular Master is taken and travels to your location, guess what? You don't have to hunt him down anymore!

If you pick a playable Master, you don't automatically start out with whatever powers the Master has (bad luck for you wanting to start out as King Vegeta). You still send 4 attacks of your choosing (that doesn't mean abilities, like Make Dragonballs or Make Nameks; those are just way to powerful to start out with, so you'll have to learn them from other Masters). Also, you will no longer be listed as a NPC Master.

Also, Kame-Sennin (Master Roshi) is the ONLY non-Saiyan who teaches Oozaru, as he is very familiar with Saiyans.

Kami-Sennin (Kami) can be found both in the Next Dimension and on Earth, as, being the God of Earth, he is a frequent visitor to the Next Dimension. When he's taken as a character, though, he will only be found at his current location, and never in the Next Dimension (unless he's killed, of course).

One more note: You can sell your attacks as if you were a Master, and can buy them similarly. If a particular NPC Master is charging too much but you can't find a better deal, e-mail a character with the attack you want and see how much they're charging (you must of course be on the same planet as them to learn from them).
