Leaping through shadows
A flash of light

The sunlight caresses her face,
A tear slides softly down her cheek.
Shimmering and silent,
It gracefully falls.
Staring up into the sky,
A delicate smile paints her lips.
Eyes glistening,
He takes her hand.
Love takes flight,
On the petal of a rose.
In loving arms, floating away,
Sweet scented harmony.

Spaz Attack
Smashing through walls
Shivering in a cold sweat
Muscles twitch
The room is spinning
So much to destroy
So little time
Convulsing wildly
Arms flailing
Kick and shove
Moan and wail
Gasp for breath
Feverish skin
Fists clenched beyond tight
Nails dig too deep
A trickle of sweet crimson
A scream
Blood curtling, ear piercing
Collapse on the floor
Shaking, sobbing,
Curled into a ball
Deep breath in
Exhale
Deep breath in
Exhale
Head throbbing
Heart racing
Just another tantrum.
