Twenty four hours of service,
It's so much for us to be proud of,
Together as a community
Of eight hundred youth.

So much positive energy,
It was everywhere, surrounding us,
Our enthusiasm for the cause
Was built on our love.

We rejoiced in the open streets,
I lost my voice to celebration,
We worked long and hard to meet our goals
And it was worth it.

The pain I am feeling today,
Echoes a wonderful yesterday,
I met faces and souls in the crowd,
Reflecting myself.
