Testament
Scouring years of filth
From walls of infinity,
My poisoned chronicles
Haunt all who wander in.
I turn to you with eyes
Of marble and insanity,
Wet cement is rolling
Once again from my lips.
This will be the last page
In a hundred breaths or more
That damp solitude
Which separates the mist.

Verbal Assault
Bloody knuckles, toothless grin,
None of these prove champion.
Aside from violence deep inside,
A fiery passion does reside.
Once and again a second time,
The looks are cold, and tempers climb.
A dirty match with tooth and nail,
Expecting naught from this female.
Swift and sleek, nimble and more,
This speedy girl has you on the floor.
Not by fist nor spear nor flame,
Her words are deadly just the same.

Choke on This
I'm a hopeless hypocrite
Sinking deeper into this sea of
Overcompensation.
I've seen many a hypocrite,
But they aren't as aware
Of their own sickness as I.
I'm drowning in what
Many take for granted,
I can drown in hypocrisy.
I can choke as I feel it fill my lungs.
Every word concerning it,
Every breath in the midst of it kills me.
The pain of the very concept
Is quite real, quite damaging,
However a theory it is.
It's all in my head after all.
Life goes on.

Contemporary Wasteland
We are all
Wrapped in the same green plastic
Cast aside in
An orgy of mismatched
Principles.
You are
Simply a syntax error
Left alone on the
Bank of a salty river.
Floating away
In
Pieces.
Abandoned by that
Which sense once
Left alone.
Scattered, distraught.
This is society.
This is what we are.
Mistrusted and rotting
In this cavity.
Never look forward
For fear of hindsight.
Now is the future, and tomorrow
Will be liquidated.
