And the legend continues...

Her heart beats a tune of triumph,
As she dances in the tall grass.
With a crown of wildflowers upon her head,
She twirls around, carefree in the sun.
A ray of light and a glint in her eye,
Memory of the times she spent alone.
A weightlessness, happiness,
She feels beautiful again.
Gazing into the saphire sky with wonder,
And feeling the gentle glow of passion within.
Nothing can stop her now, sweet serenity,
Like slipping into a crystal lake at midnight.
Her essence plays out a melody of pure joy,
She's a pastel picture for all to see.
Melting, bubbling, exhilerated and rediscovered,
Her soul is fresh and liberated.
A wonderous scent tickles her nose,
And she gazes out over the night.
Her spirit is soothed by a cloak of laughter,
Woven by bliss and stardust.

The stars will glimmer in my eyes
Awareness comes without debate,
It came about in a time of new
Without my knowledge in liquid state.
An occurence to ponder for revelation
Persuing a hidden something more,
No explanation comes to me
Answerless and without metaphor.
An attempt at clueless study blind
In front of me this question lies,
Dancing, fleeting, drawing near
Is it pure curiosity tempting my eyes?
Visions dance with meanings none
The vulgar magician, empoverished and bold,
Offering gifts of fate and debris
The seeker forgetting what had been untold.
Deep in my minds labyrinth speaks
Playing the question I will lose,
I still see not the answer here
But am intrigued by many clues.
The bait wore no cloak of enchantment
Simplicity and complexity displayed alone,
No superficial blasphemy noted
Just flexibility set in stone.
Attraction or illusion?
Curiosity or will written on the skies,
Once upon a time there was an answer
One day I'll remove the great disguise.

The green pawn walks alone,
Along the muddy path.
The kitten stalks along behind,
Preparing for the wrath.
Little do they know just then,
That even now ahead of them,
A little boy is sitting near a puddle made
Of Instant coffee.

The last few hours are such a blur
Little do you know I've been beckoning
I wrote to you, I cherished you,
But you'll never hear my words
Hidden away in the books of history
Is my passion for you,
Once told, now lost
You haven't seen the last of me,
But never again will you see the first...
