My first Custom desktop program I install is a Power Toy called Tweak UI 1.33 from Microsoft. This is the Updated Version of Tweak UIWith it you can get rid of those ugly shortcut Arrows on your links and Stop "Shortcut To" from appearing in the link name box.
Use with Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows Millennium Edition, Windows 98 or Windows 95.
TweakUI also has many other uses just explore the tabs after you install it.
