Where were you when I was in pain?
when I was crying, my heart slowly dying.
Why did you leave me in such distress?
My soul burning
my life a mess?
Couldn't you hear my screams in the dead of night?
Or were you too wrapped up in yourself?
You pledged love and devotion
But you look at me without emotion
Why do you ignore my pain?
