Anyway, Channel 7 - Action News did a report on it and this is their quote, 'Teen singing sensation Britney Spears is getting some heat tonight for allegedly not giving her fans what they paid for. Birmingham news (Alabama) is reporting that the 18 year old pop star was lip-synching through most of her concert thursday night. Many complained that Spears' lips did not always fit the vocals and lyrics at the sold out concert. Her publicist would not comment nor would the concert's promoters.'"

"[It] was my idea [to record the song]," Spears said on Monday. "I was just like, 'I like this song,' and I think it will be a really cool combination working with [hip-hop producer] Rodney [Jerkins] and doing a really funky song like that. We're going in to work on it after the Grammys, so I don't have a clue how it's going to sound."
