I Have seen so many sites as I surf the Internet
that I feel are exceptional and should have recognition
for the hard work that I KNOW has gone into the creation of the site.....
Therefore I created 'The Angel award ' so that in my small way
I could thank the web owners of these sites
for their contribution to the Internet community.

You may wonder what gives me the right to award a site.I have been
on the creating end and I KNOW the hard work that goes into it.
It is a never-ending endeavor. I am by NO means an expert on website
authoring....but I know what I like and I can see the hard work and
patience that has gone into some of these creations.
