Image 1: Blow up a balloon and leave a 3" tail and knot the end. Pinch off a small 1" bubble, then a 2" bubble and fold it down alongside the remaining length of balloon.
Image 2: Twist together these two 2" bubbles with a locking twist.
Image 3: Now measure 7" down the balloon and make a twist and fold this down the remaining length of balloon.
Image 1: Join these two 7" bubbles with a locking twist, forming the bunny's ears.
Image 2: Now measure a 6" bubble and twist it several times folding it over to make another bubble of equal length. Join with a locking twist.
Image 3: With the remainder of the balloon, measure another 6" bubble and pinch and twist off the rest (should be 1"-2") for the tail. Wind the twist between the 1" bubble and the last 6" bubble around the twist formed by the first and second 6" bubbles to lock the tail to the body. Make sure you arrange the three body bubbles in a pyramid with two on the bottom and one centered on top. You can separate the bunny's ears and roll them back slightly over the top 6" bubble so the ears point back. Your bunny is finished.
