Webmaster's Note

Many of you may be thinking, “Why hasn’t this page been updated?” Well the following will be my answer to that. But before I get into all of that I want to tell you about my plans and things that have been changing.

Counter:
As some of my regular visitors may have noticed, the counter value has dropped dramatically, twice. The number of hits should probably be around 8-9 thousand. Thank you to all of you who have supported this. Because of this I have decided to take off the counter. I am following the motto, “As long as I know I have helped 1 person, my mission is complete.” Unless I receive enough E-mails telling me to put back on a counter, I will leave it off.

Polls:
I would like to continue it. Unfortunately I want to be working on my TF2 page. So if you like news and participating in polls I suggest you visit my TF2 page. For those of you who do, Thank You.

Updates:
TFC is, lets say, over a year old. Maybe even two, I don’t really know. I still play it and love it. Information wise I feel that I have given you enough to get you on your way to becoming a great player. As said in the movie The Matrix, “I can only show you the door, your the one that has to walk through it.” So the best thing to do is practice. So what if you’re not on the top of the list. The most important thing is your ratio. I personally shoot for a 2:1, if I can get better that’s great. Think about why you died instead of just going out there again. If you think more then you should play better. Enough of that advise stuff, I won’t really be updating because I want to concentrate on my TF2 site. Trust me, it’s hard enough to uphold 1 webpage let alone 2.

Revisions:
Some of you may remember a poll a while back concerning what I should revise first. I will begin to do this around my winter break. I am doing this because different patches and me getting more experience has given me a new prospective on TFC. I know more about units, weapons, grenades, and some neat tricks. The best way to learn is to watch good players and experiment. If you care too much living you will never get good.

TF2:
I just want to make sure that all of you know that my page is called Team Fortress 2 Allegiance. Click on the name or on the TF2 link on the left frame to go there. If you want to know what the address is, it is https://www.angelfire.com/hi2/tf2.

Suggestions:
The best way to view my pages is to use Internet Explorer 5. If you don’t have IE5 then I suggest you download it. You can go to CNET or another download area. If you are so attached to Netscape then it’s your loss. IE5 has more capabilities. For example when you put your mouse over a link on this page it will turn gray and underline.
A good resolution is 1024 by 768 pixels. If you can’t get to that resolution then that’s too bad. You should either keep it where you have it or get a new computer.

Pop Ups:
I have heard many people complain about the Pop ups. Pop ups reefer to the little windows that open every time you click on a link in my page. I probably should have told you about this. Angelfire (the people who give me the webspace for this page) sent me an email that they had to put them up. This allows them to make money and keep giving everyone free webspace. The way to stop them is simple. This solution is ONLY for windows though. Simply leave the little Pop up open. Then click on your taskbar (the bar on the bottom of your screen) where it has the window for my webpage. Now this page is in front and the little Pop up is behind it. After that is done you won’t have the problem of it popping up and having to close it all the time.

Finnal words:
Well that’s all I have to say now. If you have any questions E-mail me at dat_hong@angelfire.com for my TFC page or Dat-Hong@angelfire.com for my TF2 page.
