Our organization was formed to help women in domestic violence shelters. We donate items to help them start over, and just to let them know that they are cared about. These little items can mean so much.
Many women leave abusive relationships with nothing but the clothes on their backs, and many have been mentally abused into thinking that the are not worthy of anything given to them. They are scared, lonely, and may think about all of the material things that they left behind. By giving these women small baskets of love filled with small bathroom, and kitchen items, it not only helps them start rebuilding their material possesions, it also helps them look toward the future, and all that can be, instead of all that was in the past.

We invite you to join our group! We are in need of area volunteers that are willing to accept donations of items and deliver these items to a domestic violence shelter in your area. We also need of handmade items such as dishcloths and facecloths, blankets, hats, scarves, gloves and mittens, hair accessories, anything that can be useful to these women. We also accept donations of yarn, fabric, soaps, shampoos, basically any kitchen or bath item. Your help is greatly appreciated!
