Want to be part of my affiliate eh. Well before you fill out the form below, I want to go over some guidelines first.
Your site must look professional (almost like mine but not exactly like it).
Your site must at least get 5 hits a day or more
I am only accepting the first or so 7 e-mails to become an affiliate. If there are more request to become one after 7, I will let you know that there are 7 people already to join it. If I think about adding more affiliates, I will record the e-mails over 7 in order in which they came and send an e-mail to tell them that they have been added and must reply to e-mail within 10 days
For anyone that does not reply to an e-mail to join the affiliate within 10 days will be removed from the list of affiliates and will have to join again.
Your site may not contain bad language
You must put my page image that I will send to you on your page after you reply to my e-mail so that I may put your image on my site.
