Jessica Simpson is a 20 year old from Dallas, Texas. Currently she is living in Los Angeles, CA. She is the daughter of a minister so she grew up singing in the choir. When she was 12 years old she auditioned for the Mickey Mouse Club. Unfortunately she froze during the audition and didn't make it. But she never gave up, she was determined to get a record deal. And she did, her debut album "Sweet Kisses" hit stores in November of 1999. On Dec. 21st 1999 it was RIAA certified GOLD which means the album has sold over 500,000 copies. Her first single is "I wanna love you forever". Her current single is "Where You Are", which is a duet with Nick Lachey of 98 degrees. Nick has also been her boyfriend ever since Jan. of 1999. They are both so in love with each other, they make such a cute couple!
